（本报记者南宁报道）作为北欧的媒体代表，有幸应邀列席广西壮族自治区政协十三届三次会议并参与相关活动，深感广西作为中国改革开放前沿省份之一所展现的活力与潜力。此次会见中，我深刻感受到中国与欧洲，特别是北欧之间，在经济、文化及可持续发展领域有着广阔的合作空间。
广西地处中国—东盟合作的核心区域，区位优势独特。无论是高水平共建西部陆海新通道，还是推进平陆运河等重大项目建设，都体现出广西开放发展的坚定决心。在会议中，自治区领导阐述了广西如何通过绿色发展和高质量建设推动区域现代化，这与北欧国家一贯重视可持续发展和绿色经济的理念不谋而合。双方在技术交流、绿色能源以及环境保护等领域的合作潜力显而易见。
作为特邀贵宾，我注意到港澳委员和与会代表们提及广西在融入粤港澳大湾区发展中所扮演的重要角色。这不仅是区域协作的典范，也为北欧国家提供了启示。广西的积极开放政策，不仅促进了中国与东盟的经贸往来，也为欧洲企业在这一区域的投资提供了良好契机。广西的营商环境与国际化程度，正成为欧洲企业拓展亚太市场的重要桥梁。
对于中国与欧洲的交往，我个人深有感触。北欧国家以其先进的工业技术、创新能力和可持续发展理念闻名，而中国，尤其是像广西这样的地区，则拥有庞大的市场需求、丰富的资源和巨大的发展潜力。双方应更加注重资源互补、技术共享以及文化交流。北欧与广西可以在智慧城市建设、清洁能源应用及文化旅游等领域开展深度合作，共同探索可持续发展的全球路径。
在这次会议中，广西“向海图强”的开放战略让我印象深刻。它不仅是地方发展的重大规划，也是中国更深层次融入全球化进程的一部分。北欧媒体和企业应该更多关注像广西这样的地区，了解其在“一带一路”倡议以及全球供应链中的关键作用。
最后，我想强调，作为文化传媒代表，我将尽力做好桥梁作用，将广西的故事传播到北欧，也把北欧优秀的文化告知世界，文明互鉴，促进双方在经济、文化与技术领域的交流合作。希望未来北欧与广西之间能够有更多务实的合作项目，共同为绿色发展与全球繁荣贡献力量。
Viewing Guangxi from a Nordic Perspective:Reflections on the CPPCC Meeting

As a representative of Nordic media,I was honored to be invited to attend the Third Session of the13th Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region CPPCC Meeting and participate in related activities.It left a deep impression on me to witness the vitality and potential Guangxi demonstrates as one of China’s frontier provinces in reform and opening up.During the meeting,I profoundly felt the vast opportunities for collaboration between China and Europe,especially with Nordic countries,in the fields of economy,culture,and sustainable development.
Guangxi,situated at the heart of China-ASEAN cooperation,boasts a unique geographical advantage.Whether through the high-level construction of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor or the advancement of major projects like the Pinglu Canal,Guangxi showcases a firm commitment to open development.In the meeting,regional leaders elaborated on how Guangxi promotes regional modernization through green development and high-quality construction.This aligns seamlessly with the Nordic focus on sustainability and green economies,highlighting immense potential for cooperation in technology exchange,green energy,and environmental protection.
As a special guest,I noticed that the Hong Kong and Macao members,along with other representatives,emphasized Guangxi's critical role in integrating into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.This is not only a model of regional collaboration but also an inspiration for Nordic countries.Guangxi’s proactive openness policies not only facilitate economic and trade exchanges between China and ASEAN but also provide an excellent opportunity for European businesses to invest in this region.Its favorable business environment and degree of internationalization are becoming a crucial bridge for European companies to expand into the Asia-Pacific market.
On the topic of China-Europe relations,I have personal insights.Nordic countries are renowned for their advanced industrial technologies,innovative capabilities,and commitment to sustainable development.Meanwhile,China,particularly regions like Guangxi,offers vast market demand,abundant resources,and tremendous development potential.The two sides should place greater emphasis on resource complementarity,technology sharing,and cultural exchange.Nordic countries and Guangxi can explore deep cooperation in areas such as smart city development,clean energy applications,and cultural tourism,working together to chart a global path for sustainable development.
During this meeting,I was particularly impressed by Guangxi’s"Towards the Sea and Stronger"open strategy.It is not only a significant blueprint for local development but also a part of China’s deeper integration into globalization.Nordic media and businesses should pay closer attention to regions like Guangxi to better understand their critical role in the Belt and Road Initiative and global supply chains.
Finally,I want to emphasize that,as a representative of culture and media,I will strive to act as a bridge,sharing Guangxi's stories with the Nordic region while introducing the best of Nordic culture to the world.Through mutual learning of civilizations,I hope to promote exchanges and cooperation between the two sides in economics,culture,and technology.Looking ahead,I sincerely hope to see more pragmatic cooperative projects between Nordic countries and Guangxi,contributing jointly to green development and global prosperity.
